The Shift Trade Records report displays all shift trades that have been posted over a specified date range. By default, all open, complete, rejected, and completed pending approval records are displayed.
Report Header Information: Your business name, report title, the range of dates covered in the report, and the sort order. You can selectively hide these fields using the command.
Posted By: The name of the employee who posted the shift for trade.
Position: Employee job position.
Date Posted: The date when a shift was assigned.
Shift Description: Description of the shift.
Date: The date of the shift assignment that is posted for trade.
Location: The location of the shift assignment that is posted for trade.
Expiration Date: The date, after which point the shift will no longer be available for trade.
Bids Received: The number of bids received by employees to trade for a given shift assignment.
Status: The current status of a shift trade - either Open, Rejected, or Complete.
Days to Expiration: The number of days until a shift trade offering will no longer be open for trade.
