Defining Shift Categories

Shift categories are used to group and filter shifts. These are helpful when you have a large number of shifts and would like to save time by grouping similar shifts together. You can define a list of shift categories and select one from the list when you are editing or creating a shift.

To add a new shift category:

  1. From the Manage tab, click Shift Categories. Then, click

  2. Enter the required code and description for the shift category and click Save.
