Being software development geeks as we are, the development team at Snap Schedule decided to push out an update to Snap Schedule 365 in conjunction with the North American Lunar Eclipse. Here in Seattle, we’re expecting a 92% moon shadow, which will be very slick. So, donning our ISO 12312-2 certified solar glasses, we’ll be staring into the sun on Monday, August 21, 2017, and hoping that the Seattle clouds refrain from making an appearance. Even if you’re nowhere near the path of totality, you can celebrate the moment with some really cool enhancements to Snap Schedule 365 that surely will eclipse the competition!
Employee Availability Enhancements
We’ve added a great deal of flexibility to employee availability. Employees can now set their availability on any date to be different from their normal weekly availability.

Improved Choosers
All of the Choosers (Employee, Shift, Task, Time Off and Position) are now completely configurable. In addition, there is a new search bar that lets you quickly find what you are looking for.

Contact Information Added to Shifts and Tasks
With enhancements to the Shift and Task objects, you can now specify full contact information including address, phone numbers and email. All of this information is available to your employees through the Employee Remote Access app.
