Snap Schedule 365 provides exceptional values with a low operating cost. It is licensed on a subscription basis, with prices based on the following:

  • The number of schedulers. Schedulers are persons in your organization who use the software to create/change employees’ work schedules and perform management functions like assigning tasks to employees, authorizing shift swaps, and approving time off requests. You can start with a base subscription for one scheduler and adjust your subscription to add or remove schedulers after subscribing.
  • The number of employees that have online access and use the employee self-service features. Subscribe to the Employee Access Add-on if you would like your employees to be able to access their schedules online and use the employee self-service features.
