Snap Schedule 365 Data Deletion

Snap Schedule 365 is a workforce scheduling solution licensed to and administered by employers (organizations). End users (employees) do not create accounts directly within the application. All user accounts and associated data are created, managed, and controlled solely by the employer.

For Employees

If you wish to have your Snap Schedule 365 account and all associated data deleted, please contact your employer or system administrator directly. Snap Schedule 365 does not accept or process employee data deletion requests.

If you are an employee and are unsure how to contact your administrator, please refer to your employer’s internal IT or HR help channels.

For Employers & Administrators

You may delete user accounts and associated data at any time through the Snap Schedule 365 Scheduler App in accordance with your internal policies and applicable laws.

Important: Snap Schedule 365 acts as a service provider/processor and does not determine data retention periods. All account and data deletion requests are processed exclusively by the employer (the data controller) in accordance with the employer’s own policies and applicable legal requirements.
