This is a fast rotating shift pattern that uses 4 teams and two 12-hr shifts to provide 24/7 coverage. Each team works a sequence of 2 day shifts, followed by 2 night shifts, then taking 4 days off in each 8-day period. After 8 days, the same sequence starts over.
